Strasznie to wszystko zagmatwane :).

I would have never thought that skin care can be so confusing.
For the first two weeks of working night shifts I completely didn't realize that my "cream routine" should have been adjusted. Instead, totally not thinking about my morning and evening beauty rituals, I continued to use day cream in the morning and night cream in the evening. It wasn't until this past weekend when I realized that right now night is my new day, and day is my new night. That's true that when I'm in hospital at night, there's no sunlight... but when I walk to work around 6 pm, the stun is still shining like crazy. And when I'm coming back home just before 7 am the first rays are already gleaming. During the day I don't darken my bedroom, but there is enough light entering through the blinds... So maybe after all I should be using day cream even when I'm asleep!?
It's all too complicated for my tired brain :).
"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable think is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our attitudes." (from 'Attitude' by Charles Swindoll)
